Project Description

Tema World Entertainment & Lifestyle Center was developed as a large-scale mixed-use destination bringing together retail, dining, entertainment, and social facilities within a unified architectural concept. Kalyon Aluminum contributed to the project through the implementation of façade systems, aluminum joinery, glazing applications, and architectural building solutions across various commercial units and support structures. The project incorporated aluminum joinery systems, glazed façades, composite cladding applications, custom entrance structures, and decorative architectural elements designed to meet the project's functional and aesthetic requirements. Given the diversity of building typologies within the development, maintaining architectural consistency while ensuring long-term performance was a key objective. All systems were engineered and installed with a focus on durability, safety, energy efficiency, and low maintenance requirements. Large-span storefront glazing, custom-designed entrance solutions, and precision-engineered aluminum-glass assemblies contributed to the project's contemporary architectural identity. Delivered through Kalyon Aluminum's expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and installation, the Tema World Project stands as one of our significant reference projects, showcasing our ability to execute large-scale mixed-use developments with diverse architectural requirements.
