Project Description

The Özyılmazlar Yapı Sultanbeyli Project is one of the new residential developments in the region, distinguished by its modern housing concept and commercial areas located at street level. As Kalyon Aluminum, we have recently commenced work on this project, undertaking the production, logistics, and on-site installation processes for the aluminum and façade applications that will enhance the architectural character of the building. Within the scope of the project, ceramic cladding and wood-effect composite details will be applied especially on the corner façades, creating a warm, modern, and refined architectural identity. Grey composite details to be used on the coping elements and complementary façade finishes will support the overall façade integrity, giving the building a clean, balanced, and strong appearance. As part of the ongoing works, material procurement, production planning, shipment organization, and on-site application processes are being carried out in a coordinated manner in line with the project schedule. In all façade details, compliance with the architectural project, joint layout, corner transitions, cladding junctions, measurement accuracy, and application quality are handled with particular care. Thanks to the strong coordination between Kalyon Aluminum’s technical teams, production units, logistics planning, and site crews, each stage of the project is progressing in a controlled and organized manner.
