Project Description
Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium is one of Türkiye's most prominent sports facilities, distinguished by its high visitor capacity, intensive circulation areas, and complex functional requirements. Kalyon Aluminum participated in various phases of this prestigious project, undertaking the fabrication and installation of interior and exterior aluminum joinery systems, composite façade cladding, glazing systems, entrance structures, team benches, and specialized architectural components. The aluminum joinery systems were designed to withstand intensive daily use while ensuring durability, longevity, and minimal maintenance requirements. Composite façade cladding systems were integrated into the building envelope to enhance both the architectural appearance and the long-term performance of the structure. Glazing applications were engineered to maximize natural daylight penetration while meeting stringent safety and performance standards. The sky entrance structures and steel-glass architectural assemblies provided elegant solutions for large-span entrance areas, contributing significantly to the stadium's visual identity. The team bench systems were manufactured using high-strength structural components, curved glazing details, and weather-resistant materials specifically developed for demanding outdoor sports environments. These systems were designed to combine functionality, durability, and architectural aesthetics. This project required extensive coordination between architectural, structural, manufacturing, and installation disciplines. Throughout all stages, from engineering and production to site installation, the highest quality standards were maintained. The Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium Project remains one of Kalyon Aluminum's key reference projects, demonstrating our expertise in large-scale sports facilities and complex architectural building systems.
